1. Services

Alphanexx provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Laravel web application development
• E-commerce website development
• Landing page design and development
• Website maintenance and support

2. Project Agreements

All projects are governed by individual project agreements that specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Revision policies

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• An initial deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to begin work
• Final payment is due upon project completion before delivery
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to queries and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they have rights to all content provided

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
• Alphanexx retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio
• Third-party components (frameworks, libraries) remain under their respective licenses

6. Warranties & Liability

We warrant that:

• Work will be performed professionally and to industry standards
• Delivered products will function as specified in the project agreement

We are not liable for:

• Issues arising from third-party hosting or services
• Damages from misuse or unauthorized modifications
• Loss of data or business interruption

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• Alphanexx delivers all completed work

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration or mediation.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems to access the site excessively
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
